Employer Description Estate in Stellenbosch, Western Cape Job Description Our client is seeking 2 x Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join their team and prospective applicants must reside in Stellenbosch or Jamestown. Key Responsibilities: Staff supervision : Oversee daily housekeeping operations and staff performance Quality control : Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards Training & development : Conduct training sessions and mentor team members Scheduling : Prepare staff rosters and allocate tasks efficiently Inventory management : Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment Health & safety compliance : Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols Reporting : Provide regular updates to senior management on housekeeping operations Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years' housekeeping management or supervisory experience within hospitality Must hold Matric qualification Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures Must reside in Stellenbosch or Jamestown - NON NEGOTIABLE Skills Confident in guiding and motivating a team Able to manage schedules, tasks and priorities effectively Ensures high standards of cleanliness and presentation Benefits Late Shift Allowance Late Shift Transport
