POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimise Zoho CRM infrastructure to power our business goals
Build and maintain a responsive ticketing system with smart assignment logic and workflows
Set up and manage automated responses across the customer journey
Own data integrity across systems - audit, upgrade, and keep everything consistent
Create dashboards and reports that deliver real insights — not just pretty numbers
Integrate Zoho CRM with other platforms — from ticketing and emails to outreach and marketing tools
Be our data controller, with a sharp eye on GDPR and governance
Keep the CRM lean, clean, and future-proof — no bloat, no spaghetti logic
Slash the soul-crushing time we spend manually chasing issues
