Create KIPs for IT department
Measure KPIs regularly
Oversee the hire of roles within department
Assess and authorise department purchases
Oversee department budgets
Plan and oversee your department's projects

Extensive xperience as CIO or similar role
Outstanding knowledge of various IT systems
