Lead technology transformation at enterprise scale across a complex global industrial and manufacturing environment. This is an executive opportunity to shape how technology, SAP, data, AI and cybersecurity enable measurable business performance. As Chief Information Officer, you will define, execute and govern the Group’s technology strategy across global operations. Your mandate will span SAP and enterprise systems, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI, infrastructure, operational technology and technology governance, with a strong focus on translating investment into operational and financial value. A significant priority will be the successful completion, stabilisation and optimisation of the global SAP transformation programme. You will also establish a unified technology operating model, improve manufacturing and supply chain visibility, strengthen cyber resilience and develop data and AI capabilities that support operational excellence. Working at executive and Board level, you will balance the need for reliable day-to-day technology operations with the organisation’s longer-term transformation agenda. What You'll Do Develop and execute the Group-wide technology, digital transformation, SAP, cybersecurity and data strategy. Act as a strategic technology advisor to executive leadership and the Board on technology, AI, cyber risk, transformation and emerging technologies. Lead the global SAP transformation programme across deployment, stabilisation, adoption, optimisation and benefits realisation. Govern SAP S\/4HANA, ERP, CRM and integrated enterprise systems supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, finance and aftermarket operations. Drive measurable value from SAP investment through improved manufacturing efficiency, supply chain visibility, inventory optimisation, financial reporting, working capital optimisation and predictive planning. Develop the manufacturing technology roadmap across Industry 4.0, smart factory capabilities, operational technology, IoT, automation and advanced analytics. Establish an enterprise data strategy that provides reliable operational, financial, manufacturing and customer information as a single source of truth. Lead analytics, business intelligence, AI and digital initiatives that improve productivity, decision-making and customer service. Strengthen cybersecurity, information security, business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. Oversee ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, workplace technology, service management and critical business systems. Govern technology investment, architecture, policies, compliance, operating and capital budgets and strategic vendor relationships. Build and lead a high-performing global technology organisation, including succession planning and critical skills development. Lead change management and business adoption across major transformation programmes. Manage strategic relationships with SAP, systems integrators, cloud providers, cybersecurity partners and other technology vendors. Translate complex technology priorities, risks and investments into clear business impact and measurable value for executive, Board and operational stakeholders. What You Bring A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, Business or a related discipline. A minimum of 10 years' experience across IT, data management, enterprise systems and digital transformation. At least five years' experience in senior management or executive technology leadership. Demonstrated leadership of large-scale SAP landscapes, technology operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data and business transformation programmes. Proven experience using IT, ERP, data and digital technologies to improve business performance. Experience leading multi-country technology operations and large-scale transformation programmes. Strong knowledge of SAP S\/4HANA, ERP, CRM and integrated enterprise systems. Strong capability across enterprise IT strategy, governance, architecture and service management. Knowledge of cybersecurity, information security, disaster recovery and business continuity. Strong understanding of data governance, analytics, AI, business intelligence and digital transformation. Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, aftermarket support and cross-functional business processes. Strong commercial and strategic business acumen with the ability to turn technology investment into measurable business value. Executive influence, people leadership and change management capability. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, heavy equipment or engineering environments is preferred. Experience reporting to Executive Committees and Boards within a listed-company environment is highly advantageous. Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CGEIT, TOGAF, PMP and\/or ITIL. SAP-related certifications are highly advantageous. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
