POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage stock accounting processes, inventory reconciliations, and stock variance reporting
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement, adjustments, and costing
• Assist in full accounting function including AP, AR, bank recons, and GL maintenance
• Support month-end and year-end close including journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Collaborate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure financial alignment with physical stock
• Assist in preparation of management reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Support audits and maintain robust internal controls

• BCom Degree in Accounting or similar qualification
• Minimum of 3–5 years' accounting experience, with strong exposure to stock and inventory
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems (Sage, Pastel, or similar)
• Excellent understanding of costing principles, inventory control, and financial reporting
• Accurate, analytical, and hands-on with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced SME environment
