SUMMARY:
CA(SA) Financial Manager - R100 000 p/m - JHB

POSITION INFO:

Excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer in JHB! Reporting to the Group CFO, duties will not be limited to but will include:

• Handling full Financial function, including but not limited to:
• Preparing monthly management accounts and preparation of statutory financial accounts;
• Preparation of Provisional and Full year Tax Packs;
• Assistance with Audit Queries and monthly balance sheet recons;
• Working Capital (cashflow) management and supplier relations;
• Management of finance department
• Forecast preparation and presentation
• Control of fixed asset register and depreciation
• Monthly cost accruals / provisions and weekly cash budgets and cash flows
• Monthly close off and roll over procedures;
• Checking and Approval of payments on Banking Profile
• Approval of supplier banking details on ERP, journals, VAT and statutory payments
• Ensure stock accuracy with the assistance of manufacturing departments
• Compilation of any Ad-Hoc reports required from time to time;
• All Balance sheet reconciliations, including Group entities (9 companies)

Criteria:
• Chartered Accountant - CA (SA) or Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA)
• 5 years in a similar position within the manufacturing sector
• Completed articles at 1 of the big 4 Audit firms or must have dealt with them as a service provider
Computer literacy:
• SAP or similar ERP systems;
• MS Word;
• MS Excel Advanced
• MS Outlook.
