ð Management Accountant – Operations Focused | JHB East
ð¼ Permanent Position
ð Location: Johannesburg East
ð° Salary: R900 000 per annum (Negotiable)
ð Experience Required: 8–10 years in Accounting or a similar role within Manufacturing

ð Purpose of the Role:
We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Accountant to support operational excellence through financial reporting, cost control, and strategic insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving performance through numbers.

POSITION INFO:
ð§© Key Focus Areas:

Management Accounting (35%)
Lead financial control and compliance across operational units, ensuring integrity and alignment with IFRS standards.
Financial Reporting (15%)
Stock Count & Warehouse Analytics (20%)
Compliance & Cost Control (20%)
Customer Service Management (10%)

ð Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Requirements:

SAP experience required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting (NQF 7)
8–10 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting standards

Advantageous:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting (NQF 8) with CIMA registration

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/ SAP accounting systems
Solid understanding of IFRS and financial controls
