SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

SAP BW4/HANA design and data modelling (ADSO, Composite Provider)
SAP BW4/HANA development (Data Flows, Process Chains, Queries)
SAP ABAP, AMDP knowledge
Connectivity (EPR extractors, RFC, MFT, Kafka)
SAP Analytics Cloud UI and scripting
SAP ERP know how (e.g. SAP MM, SD, PUR)
Understand logistics processes from transport, material and freight management
German language competence - read/write/speak
Sense of ownership of solutions - from requirements engineering with business users over creating technical ideas & concepts to delivering maintainable logistics solutions

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Operations and role&rights tools (ITSM.Next, Connect-IT, IBV, RightNow, CMDB)
Agile Working Model with toolset (Jira, Confluence, X-Ray)
Operations experience and system monitoring
Development tool Eclipse
The ability to understand business context and develop sustainable solutions
Flexibility to work in development and operations tasks in the product
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users
Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts
through to proposal and successful implementation

POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work on a recently new build SAP BW4/HANA system providing reporting solutions for logistics processes for the whole network
You will be responsible for transforming ideas from business users into maintainable IT SAP BW solutions under cost efficient budget restrictions
You will design and document your solutions over the development process
You will use KI/AI technologies like GAIA and Copilot to support you progress
As part of a new DevOps team you will operate your solution on working hour on business days and provide 3rd
level support
Work close with your product owner and SAP BW experts located in Germany

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

IT Degree and / or relevant qualifications
DevOps (development, configuration, operations) experience in SAP BW applications.
Automotive or similar manufacturing experience is advantageous.
