JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client in the Call Center / Cloud Solutions industry is currently seeking a 1st line Support Engineer to be based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town, Western Cape

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PLEASE NOTE: Preference will be given to Candidates who reside in Cape Town / Willing to relocate to Cape Town.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role / Technical Support Role.
Technical qualification such as A+ or N+ is a requirement
Any qualification or certification that demonstrates application to studies and achieving goals is a benefit.
Experience helping end users with the operation and functionality of developed software applications/integrations
