1x Front Desk Coordinator / back-up Somatologist Therapist URGENTLY needed for a busy Medical Aesthetic Practice in Midrand

POSITION INFO:
Front Desk Coordinator/ back-up Somatologist Therapist needed in Midrand

A diploma in Somatology is a MUST.

1-2 years of working experience as a Front Desk Coordinator doing all FDC duties.
1-2 years of working experience as a Beauty Therapist/ Somatologist.
MUST be able to perform ALL Beauty Treatments.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF: BIOMEDICAL EMPORIUM, NEOSTRATA, TASASOL products
MUST have MY APPOINTMENT system hands-on experience.
MUST be able to speak English
MUST be able to assist with operating & running Front Desk duties.
Daily, weekly, and monthly stock take
Normal Administrative responsibilities include answering phones, WhatsApp, Emailing, receiving payments, and receiving stock.
Managing all stock (including issuing stock for therapists)
Be well-groomed, well-spoken, and look presentable. TEAM PLAYER / MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL
MUST be able to work the business hours
Should be pro-active, self-motivated, and driven, can go the extra mile

EXTRA INFO:
Tuesday to Saturday: 08H30-17H30
On Mondays employees alternate with one day off per week
BASIC: PLUS COMM 10% on Retail & Services
