JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator with experience in co-ordinating procurement/supply chain, the PMO, vendors, resources and any other internal and external stakeholders to the projects.
Fixed Term contract until - 31 December 2022

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

PMP/CAPM and/or Prince2 Certification (Preferred),
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience
Must have experience:
Track project cash flow in accordance with Supply chain and PMO requirements.
Co-ordinate purchase orders, invoice payments between the project and supply chain.
Provide input to project and portfolio reporting with regards to project finance and/or progress.
Manage and track project invoices and vendor payments.
Document Management and version control in accordance with organisational governance requirements.
Set up and manage portfolio feedback sessions as/when required per portfolio and track attendance and
apologies.
Follow-up and assist Project Managers and/or team members on the timely generation of project reporting
and other documentation.
Co-ordinate and manage (in conjunction with project/portfolio managers) the process for document approval and update.
