Hands-on experience with GAIA, or similar platforms
Understanding of cloud architectures (AWS / Azure)
Experience with developer productivity tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot)
Knowledge of IT processes (AWM, compliance, governance)
Experience with large-scale transformation or platform rollout
Technical background (software engineering / platform engineering)

POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Own delivery of GAIA platform initiatives end-to-end Define scope, roadmap, and success metrics Lead Agile execution across multiple teams and streams Align business stakeholders and technical teams Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively Ensure delivery within time, budget, and quality targets Drive adoption and scaling of AI solutions across hubs Provide transparency via metrics, reporting, and dashboards Enable continuous improvement through data and feedback loops Support strategic initiatives and contribute to AI roadmap QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE: Degree in IT \/ Computer Science \/ Engineering (or equivalent) ~5-10 years experience in software delivery \/ platform roles Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams Experience in DevOps, cloud, or AI-related environments Track record of delivering complex global IT solutions Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience Submit your CV to: and Subject line Role title
