SUMMARY:
A leading international client in the online gaming / iGaming industry is seeking two experienced Senior Graphic Designers & AI Creative Specialists to join their creative team — one based in Cape Town and one in Bryanston.
This opportunity is suited to highly skilled creative professionals who combine exceptional graphic design ability, advanced motion graphics expertise, and AI-driven creative workflows to produce high-impact campaign assets across multiple digital platforms.
The successful candidates will play a key role in driving player acquisition, engagement, and retention through compelling visual storytelling while maintaining strong brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (NQF 4)
• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in a senior graphic design, motion design, or creative role
• Experience within iGaming, online gaming, or fast-paced digital marketing environments
• Advanced proficiency in:
  
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and performance-driven creative
• Experience producing motion graphics, animation, and campaign visuals
• Knowledge of print production processes and artwork preparation
• Strong understanding of social media and digital platform creative requirements
• A professional portfolio demonstrating high-level design, motion graphics, and campaign work is essential

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Campaign Development

• Conceptualise and deliver high-impact visual assets across multiple brands and digital platforms.
• Design creative for:
  
  • Paid media campaigns (display, social, programmatic)
  • Website and landing pages
  • Email and CRM campaigns
  • In-app promotions
  • Affiliate marketing materials
  • App Store / Play Store assets
• Create promotional materials for bonuses, tournaments, jackpots, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content.
• Translate static creative into engaging dynamic digital assets.
• Optimise motion content for digital and social media platforms.

AI Integration & Innovation

• Integrate AI tools into design and animation workflows.
• Utilise AI platforms for concept development, asset generation, and production optimisation.
• Stay informed on emerging AI design and creative automation trends.

Print & Production

• Prepare print-ready artwork ensuring accuracy in formatting, resizing, and colour profiles.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality production outputs.

Collaboration & Creative Leadership

• Work closely with marketing, product, CRM, and development teams.
• Contribute to creative strategy and campaign development.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Brand Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and promotional policies.
