JOB DESCRIPTION:

As A Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:

Thrive in a high-performance sales culture
Generated new business
Grow and maintain client relationships
Achieve sales targets
Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry
Full 360 recruitment cycle

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification (related to business)
4 years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
A track record of achievements
An ambition to be the best version of your self
