A busy and well-established conveyancing department within a well-respected law firm in Sandton.
Job Description
Our client, a well-respected law firm with busy conveyancing department is in need of a skilled and experienced Conveyancer who is able to support a team comprising of a Conveyancing Director and another Senior Conveyancer. This person must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Conveyancer role and must be able to run matters independently (Both Bonds and Transfers). Able to work on Estate Agent Transfers, Residential and Commercial transfers and all Bond Registrations and Cancellations. Preference will be given to BEE/EE candidates but open to all applications. You will be required to draft a lot of your own paperwork with limited assistance of a Conveyancing Secretary.
Qualifications
LLB Degree. Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer required.
Skills
Bonds and Transfers experience is essential. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and high efficiency. Strong Attention to detail. Organized and efficient working methods. Minimum 2-5 years experience within a fully fledged Conveyancing role.
