Key Duties and Responsibilities Dive into large, complex datasets to fuel AI and machine learning models Monitor and evaluate model performance (accuracy, bias, drift) and drive improvements Translate AI insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders Support AI deployment and continuously optimize performance Build dashboards and reports that bring AI outcomes and KPIs to life Champion data quality and ensure AI solutions meet governance, ethical, and compliance standards Essential Skills and Qualifications A degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar Experience in data analysis, analytics, or AI-focused roles Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Solid understanding of machine learning and AI workflows Confidence working with large, complex datasets The ability to explain technical AI concepts in plain, business-friendly language Technical Skills: Your Toolkit Python & SQL Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Machine learning models and evaluation metrics Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - a strong advantage Knowledge of data pipelines and model deployment Nice to have Experience with AI ethics, bias detection, and model governance Background in security-related industries Personal Attributes Curious, innovative, and always learning Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy Ethical and responsible in your approach to AI A collaborative team player who thrives cross-functionally What is in it for you.
