Our client, a well-established professional services firm based in Centurion, is looking for a proactive Financial Administrator to become an integral part of their team. This is far more than a traditional admin role—you'll be the face of the business, supporting daily operations while embracing technology to improve efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing: Managing general office administration and filing Data capturing and maintaining accurate records Providing PA and administrative support to management Welcoming clients and creating a professional first impression Coordinating office activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly Assisting with document preparation and correspondence Using AI tools and technology to improve productivity and streamline processes Supporting the finance function where required Advantageous Experience: Debtors and creditors administration Basic account reconciliations Experience working in a financial, accounting or auditing environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Professional, confident and well presented A self-starter who takes initiative Tech-savvy and excited about AI and new technology Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, energetic and client-focused A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative, office administration or financial administration role Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential) Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar will be highly advantageous Own reliable transport is preferred Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written), as Afrikaans is the primary language used within the office and with many clients.
