SUMMARY:
Junior AI Engineer who will be responsible for finding and fixing manual bottlenecks across the business, identify repetitive tasks and replace them with AI-driven automations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze departmental workflows to identify highâfriction activities such as manual data entry, document sorting, and repetitive email handling.
AI Automation: Design, build, and deploy Python scripts, LLMâpowered assistants, and lowâcode solutions to automate identified inefficiencies.
Integrate core business systems with AI solutions to enable seamless, endâtoâend data flow with minimal human intervention.
Rapidly prototype and test new automation ideas in a controlled environment before promoting them to live production.
Serve as a technical liaison, translating AI capabilities into practical solutions that address nonâtechnical teams’ dayâtoâday challenges.
Contribute to weekly “Prompt Syncs” by sharing successful automations, reusable code snippets, and key lessons learned across the strike team.
Continuously review AI outputs to ensure accuracy, fairness, and strict compliance with data security and governance standards.

Job Experience and skill required

Degree in Information Technology or Engineering or similar
0 - 2 years experience
Strong experience in Python and or Generative AI and API Integrations
