Sequence initiatives for maximum business impact
Actively kill or park initiatives that do not move KPIs

Translate AI strategy into concrete business epics
Ensure reuse over bespoke solutions
Support positioning with real business narratives

POSITION INFO:
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business ownership for AI useâcases & value tracking
Maintain a business-facing backlog view
Define outcome KPIs (adoption, efficiency, quality)
Ensure every AI use case answers: “Why are we building this?”

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Relevant IT / Business / Engineering degree
Cloud fundamentals (AWS Cloud Practitioner)
Agile certifications (advantage, not mandatory):
Scrum Product Owner
Scrum Master
Project / Leadership certifications (advantage)
