Requirements:

Experience in product management with a focus on AI-driven products.
Practical experience in delivering AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and business audiences.
Skilled in articulating complex AI product concepts to executive stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating technical ideas into clear, accessible language.

Responsibilities

Run discovery sessions, ride-alongs, and data reviews to surface use-cases that map directly to P&L goals
Craft and execute change-management plans including communications, enablement, SOP updates, and bespoke learning paths to embed GenAI in daily workflows across departments
Translate business pain points into user stories and a continuously prioritised backlog
Define success metrics and guardrails; guide a four-developer team through agile delivery cycles
Track solution performance post-launch, iterating for ever-greater impact
Act as the AI translator between department leads, frontline teams, and technical staff
Evangelise GenAI best practices, run demos, and coach power users to foster grassroots adoption
