SUMMARY:
For an AI-Powered Fintech company, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (South Africa, remote role). Non-Negotiable: Proven Outbound Sales Experience.

POSITION INFO:
An innovative AI-driven training company in the financial services space is hiring a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work remotely from South Africa. If you're passionate about lead generation, client engagement, and high-quality appointment setting, then this is your chance to help transform how financial professionals grow their businesses—using state-of-the-art technology in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

Matric or equivalent qualification
Sales or marketing-related certification advantageous
CRM experience preferred (e.g., HubSpot, and Salesforce)
Familiarity with AI tools is a bonus

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to handle objections and book appointments
Comfortable using email, phone, and CRM platforms
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

KPA’s:

Source and qualify leads within the financial services sector
Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone
Schedule meetings with high-potential clients for Senior Sales Executives
Log activities and maintain clean, accurate CRM data
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach messaging and strategy
