POSITION INFO:
You’ll step into a strategic leadership position in a forward-thinking analytics team where your ideas drive real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute advanced data science projects aligned to strategic objectives, delivering measurable business impact
Prototype and iterate predictive and prescriptive machine learning models to enhance existing products and pioneer new solutions
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data science team, fostering innovation and continuous learning
Collaborate across software, BI, product, sales, and IT teams to execute on analytics and AI strategy
Communicate complex analytical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Honors, Masters or PhD in in Statistics, Mathematics, or any Quantitative field
10+ years in analytics, including at least 3 years building machine learning/AI solutions
Expertise in Python, R, SQL; experience with TensorFlow, Hugging Face, FastHTML, FastAPI, Flask, Django advantageous; familiarity with Docker and Azure deployment; strong data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning skills
Leadership capability, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and ethical approach to data and AI
