Your Impact:

Design and train AI/ML models built for the unique challenges of collections and recoveries.
Build intelligent chatbots and voice AI systems (text-to-voice & voice-to-text) that engage customers at scale.
Apply your genius with the latest AI frameworks, languages, and platforms to optimize conversations that drive results.
Turn high-volume, high-pressure environments into seamless, automated solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

A master of AI/ML with strong programming chops (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP).
Formal qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science - You have a solid quantitative foundation that drives data-backed decisions.
Experience in collections, contact centres, or financial services (bonus if you’ve solved large-scale customer challenges).
Obsessed with innovation, speed, and results.
Ready to create AI that’s not just smart, but strategically sharp in collections.
