SUMMARY:
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining advanced AI systems to support strategic objectives across voice and digital customer interaction channels. This includes the creation of production-grade AI voice bots, text bots, AI-driven QA systems for call audits and bespoke NLP/NLU systems.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute AI strategy aligned to business goals across the organisation.
Design and deliver AI solutions (GenAI, NLP, chatbots, voice bots, and LLMs) to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Build, deploy, and integrate scalable AI models and solutions into existing systems.
Analyse data to generate insights and support model development and business decisions.
Drive innovation through research, experimentation, and adoption of emerging AI technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
Provide training, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Honours degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
Experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP or related fields.
Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications in AI/ML platforms (e.g. Azure AI) advantageous.
Hands-on experience building AI chatbots using LLMs or conversational AI frameworks.
