ANALYST PROGRAMMER II/DEVELOPER

About the Role
This is not your average development position — you'll play a critical role in analyzing user requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting both new and existing systems that drive retail excellence. From building and maintaining scalable systems to digging deep into the root causes of issues, this role offers a unique blend of creativity, collaboration, and technical challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user and systems specifications into smart technical solutions.
• Design, code, test, and maintain .NET C# applications and services.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and improve performance across the board.
• Support and enhance current applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Document systems and processes for maximum clarity and continuity.
• Work within Scrum frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps to deliver projects effectively.

What You Need to Succeed:

• A 3-year IT diploma.
• 3–5 years of programming/analyst programming experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET C# full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.
• Solid understanding of MS SQL Server and Unit Testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or TFS, and knowledge of Blazor and Xamarin, are nice to have.
• A proactive approach to learning, adapting, and improving processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented thinking, and an ability to work independently and in teams.
