SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Professional Registered Architec to join a wonderful organization. If you meet the requirement below then you are the right candidate.

POSITION INFO:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Must be professionally registered with SACAP not negotiable
Minimum 5 years post-registration (Candidate registrations will not be considered)
Based in the Western Cape
Experience in government health projects is advantageous or at least experience in high complexity construction projects not negotiable
Sound working knowledge and experience with JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement is essential. exposure to NEC 3 & 4 contracts is beneficial
Able to review, compile and endorse Contract Instructions & Extension of time claims
Experience with project-specific cash flow projections (Construction and PSP fees) is beneficial
STRONG project management and delegation skills
PA experience is beneficial
Able to work under strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Word & Excel & Outlook
Strong formal writing skillset not negotiable
Strong administration skills not negotiable
English as a first language
Very well spoken and clear communication
