AREA SALES MANAGER

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager with a strong background in Temporary Employment Services (TES) and labour outsourcing solutions.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in managing and growing client relationships within the outsourced labour industry, with a sound understanding of workforce management, employee relations, and service delivery within TES environments.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the TES and labour outsourcing sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of deals.
Conduct daily client visits and workforce engagement sessions.
Ensure effective management of temporary employees placed on client sites.
Handle client queries, workforce concerns, and employee-related matters professionally.
Monitor contract performance, headcounts, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in labour outsourcing / Temporary Employment Services (TES).
Proven experience dealing with temporary employees and managing workforce solutions.

Ability to manage high-pressure operational environments.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.
Strong administrative and reporting abilities.

Skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Strong operational and people-management experience.
Ability to build long-term client partnerships.
