POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Completed LLB
Completed Articles
Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
Ability to work on Ghost Practice
Minimum of 1- 3 years experience post admission as a Conveyancer in a conveyancing practice.
Experience in both bond registrations and transfers
Experience in dealing with multiple banks, government and municipalities;
3-5 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
The candidate must have excellent drafting skills of all court processes without the assistance of counsel.
Strong drive and initiative, combined with a humble, trustworthy and accountable disposition do the above with a "can do" attitude and enjoyment.
