Exciting opportunity for Account Director to join leading PR Agency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is an adaptive and agile full-service communications & PR agency

Due to their exponential growth they are currently looking for an experienced Consumer Account Director who has solid experience working in a PR agency on medium and large clients. Experience working on multiple local and global brands is a must. He/she must have strong client relationship skills, people management, and work with a degree of independence.

Requirements:

5 years’ senior experience within a PR agency or in-house position
Minimum of five to ten years of experience in a PR agency.
Experience with local and international lifestyle and consumer brands with an understanding of business trends in the industries to which he/she consults.
Understands integration and ability to work collaboratively with other internal business units to produce integrated 360 campaigns.
Leading and managing a team of PR professionals and account managers, providing career counsel, professional development support, monitoring and performance reviews.
Strong finance and budgeting experience.
Business development abilities with track record of success.
