SUMMARY:
Our client requires an Account Management Support and Recruiter who will be the support function to the Key Account Manager. Assist the Key Account Manager in fostering relationships and turn opportunities into agreements which can be executed and governed. Work closely with the Customer Experience Team to ensure customer’s requests for skilled professional placements are met timeously.

POSITION INFO:

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide support in all pre-sales and administration responsibilities to the Account Director.
  • Assist with communications between customers, A1L professionals and A1L on issues such as: contract management, invoicing, operational problems, complaints, quality of service.
  • Understand the client’s longer-term strategy and business needs, as well as the market and competitive environment.
  • Can identify new opportunities that will help clients and the Account Manager to achieve their business objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strong networker, who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy.
  • Experience in dealing with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment and dealing with complex roles and business areas.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment and sales data and trends and to implement corrective actions
  • Sourcing suitable CVs/candidates for clients 
  • Experienced recruiter who has managed significant portfolios of complex recruitment for a demanding client base.

Minimum Experience:
  • 5 years’ experience in pre-sales or customer experience
  • Experience in recruitment would be advantageous.

Additional Education:
  • A relevant diploma or Degree would be advantageous.

  • PowerPoint intermediate
