They are seeking a Coastal Account Manager to join their forward-thinking team. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on building deep, trust-based client relationships while driving the delivery of exceptional IT services.
As the vital link between clients and internal delivery teams, you’ll take ownership of understanding each client’s business priorities and aligning solutions that create measurable value. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of client engagement — from service delivery oversight to identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. This is a role for a relationship-builder with commercial acumen and a passion for helping businesses thrive through technology.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand client goals and align IT services to support their success
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
Oversee service delivery, ensuring performance meets expectations
Act as a communication hub between clients and technical teams
Manage contracts, renewals, and negotiations
Monitor service metrics, resolve issues, and provide strategic input

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT sales, customer service, or account management
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on service commitments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
Familiarity with CRM systems and service performance tracking tools
ITIL certification (required) – for service management best practices
PMP certification (preferred) – for project oversight and delivery coordination
