As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and success of enterprise sales by delivering tailored  solutions that combine hardware, software, professional services, and system integration. This role is ideal for a dynamic, tech-savvy sales professional with a passion for solution selling, strong customer engagement skills, and a track record of closing complex deals. You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving new business opportunities, while building trusted relationships at senior and middle management levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with enterprise clients to assess business needs and recommend suitable mobile technology solutions

• Conduct detailed sales analyses, including warehouse walkthroughs and route rides, to uncover operational inefficiencies

• Prepare ROI documentation to communicate the value and financial benefits of proposed solutions

• Develop and respond to proposals and RFPs across various industries

• Plan and tailor solution configurations to meet specific customer requirements

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers and prospects

• Secure and renew orders, manage delivery expectations, and provide ETAs

• Promote and sell the full portfolio of offerings including hardware, software, professional services, and integration services

• Prospect and develop new enterprise-level sales opportunities

• Create detailed costing models to determine optimal pricing strategies

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within the IT or enterprise solutions environment

• Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage sales pipelines and accounts

• Strong experience presenting complex solutions to executive-level stakeholders

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport

• Proficiency in standard office and sales-related software applications
