POSITION INFO:
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities? We are looking for a strategic Account Manager to manage key customer accounts, develop tailored solutions, and drive sustainable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, understands complex sales environments, and can build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts. Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow existing business and identify new opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide tailored product and service solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers. Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful project delivery. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system. Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify opportunities for growth. Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows where required. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Technical Sales. Industry: Manufacturing\/ Mining\/ Construction\/ Heavy Machinery Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered. Strong ability to build lasting customer relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing strategic or key accounts. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
