SUMMARY:
Our client, a company focusing on exceptional digital storage solutions and is looking for an Account Manager based in the Johannesburg Central area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Retail Management.
Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
Essential: Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
Essential: Experience in tender document preparation.
Business to Business and public sector experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling and resolving complaints.
Resolve all queries and enquiries.
Understand the company’s day to day operations and systems to ensure the client’s needs are met.
Price negotiations.
Stay abreast of the changing markets and trends.
Traveling between sites and to clients.
In-depth understanding of specific client needs relating to the services provided by the company.
Engages with clients on a regular basis.
Maintaining and updating the client database in the portfolio
In-depth understanding of legislative requirements.
Compile reports.
Develop account plans.
Report on sale statistics.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicates concerns relating to service delivery.
Ensure that clients’ portfolios data integrity is accurately maintained.
Assists with preparing and presenting business proposals.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Deals with, resolves and reports on issues, concerns and complaints.
