Account Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a company focusing on exceptional digital storage solutions and is looking for an Account Manager based in the Johannesburg Central area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Retail Management.
• Advantageous: Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
• Essential: Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Essential: Experience in tender document preparation.
• Business to Business and public sector experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling and resolving complaints.
• Resolve all queries and enquiries.
• Understand the company’s day to day operations and systems to ensure the client’s needs are met.
• Price negotiations.
• Stay abreast of the changing markets and trends.
• Traveling between sites and to clients.
• In-depth understanding of specific client needs relating to the services provided by the company.
• Engages with clients on a regular basis.
• Maintaining and updating the client database in the portfolio
• In-depth understanding of legislative requirements.
• Compile reports.
• Develop account plans.
• Report on sale statistics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicates concerns relating to service delivery.
• Ensure that clients’ portfolios data integrity is accurately maintained.
• Assists with preparing and presenting business proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Deals with, resolves and reports on issues, concerns and complaints.
