Account Manager

SUMMARY:
We are looking for Google Experts to join the Account Managers team at a digital marketing agency.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Must make use of and have a good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and all Google-related tools.
• Must write and pass certain Google Exams and keep their Google certifications up to date.
• Proactively connect and communicate with your clients.
• You will be required to discuss your clients’ campaigns and future strategies to achieve improved results.
• It will be your responsibilities to understand your client and their business needs in order to implement campaigns that meet their requirements.
• Re-examine campaigns and solutions sold to your client on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the clients’ expectations.
• You will be expected to achieve sales and up sales targets set by the company.
• Up-sale opportunities should be identified on an ongoing basis as the growth and retention of your client book is the main priority.
• It is important that the Head of Strategy be pulled in to collaborate on top clients where there is an opportunity for growth.
• Communicate effectively with the client and your team members to ensure clients receive the optimal service.
• Take meeting minutes of all meetings and share the relevant outcomes with the required team members.
• Take advantage of methods and opportunities to improve your knowledge base of the industry on an ongoing basis
• You will be expected to attend regular internal sales meetings, account management meetings, and training sessions.
• Ensure regular strategic engagement and that a solution-orientated approach is taken to all campaigns.
• Complaints should be addressed immediately and handled as top priority.

• Diploma/Degree in related field
• Google certified
• Previous Account Management experience
• Must be accustomed to managing multiple accounts at a time
