SUMMARY:
We are looking for a driven Account Manager with good networking and hunting experience. The key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them. Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients. Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channels

POSITION INFO:

Primary Management and Sales Role Accountabilities

Strategic sales
• Sales planning
• Key Account Management for nominated accounts as agreed
• Tender process management
• Business development planning for nominated accounts as agreed
• Financial planning, budgeting and controls for nominated accounts as applicable
• Liaison with partner base to ensure effective relationship management- Relationship Management
• Inquiries into client needs and action of change requests for clients
• Effective Pipeline management
• Providing input into product awareness campaigns and marketing events where applicable
• Project monitoring and services opportunity development
• TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) exercises for corporate clients for nominated accounts as agreed
• Best Practice development programs
• Business operations - and sales process improvement

Critical Requirements - Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Sales Experience
• Customer Management and Engagement skills
• Previous experience in Account Management
• Highly self-motivated
