JOB SUMMARY:
ROLE: Account Manager - ISP, telecoms, voice, connectivity.
Large ISP looking for a shaker and mover to join this dynamic ISP having enjoyed unbelievable success over the past several years. This is a hybrid role including both new business development as well as managing your base. Successful candidate must have experience in the telecoms / ISP or Managed IT Services space with a solid track record in achievement of set targets. Market related basic and benefits with good commission structure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
2 - 5 years experience within the ISP / Telecoms / ICT industry with a proven track record of success
Presentations at C level
Strong new business skills
Superb account management and customer relationship building and management skills
Solid sales administration skills including updating CRM daily Experience in pipeline management and account planning
Timeous query resolution
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Own vehicle essential
Strong sense of urgency, tenacity and persuasion skills

Duties:
New business development through cold calling, industry research and referrals etc
Account management - pipeline management and account planning
Sales Administration
Query resolution
Keep up to date with industry
