Account Manager

A technology-led, data-driven provider of services & capital solutions has an exciting job opportunity for an Account Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. If you have a minimum of 3 years of account management experience with overall financial responsibility, we would love to hear from you!

Your key job responsibilities as the Account Manager in Johannesburg will include:

• Accountable for ongoing service delivery across multiple clients, service locations, domains and platforms
• Business performance accountability for your portfolio of clients and will be expected to partner with Client Executives on strategic planning, client satisfaction, relationship health, contractual adherence, revenue retention and exceeding in-year 1x revenue targets
• Responsible for driving operational health, reducing total cost to serve, exceeding in-year /1x revenue targets, improving Net Promoter Score, minimizing Error & Omissions and SLA misses, plus drive integration across all of Delivery
• Own cross-solution integration and provide a single point of accountability and client team performance across Delivery
• Manage a team or will act independently to manage a portfolio of significant and complex client accounts with responsibility for a number of client teams
• Identify new revenue/ growth opportunities, cross-selling & coordinate with Client Executive or Sales Executive
• Understand client business and identify new revenue/cross-sell opportunities for Client Executive or Sales Executive pursuit
• Partner with domain specific solution leaders to drive operational results, overcome client specific challenges, and ensure best in class delivery from each domain
• Manage/improve key metrics agreed upon levels – including annual improvement targets, Increase Net Promoter Score, quality metrics or contractual metrics.

Requirements for this Account Manager job in Johannesburg:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years account management experience with overall financial responsibility
• 2+ years of operations and/or consulting experience
• At least 1+ years of sales experience
• 3+ years of team leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management experience
• Experience managing team projects globally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consultative environment
• Business process outsourcing experience
