SUMMARY:

An established manufacturer and distributor of chemicals is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage the agriculture portfolio of commodity and specialty raw materials within the assigned territory.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a tertiary qualification.
Previous sales experience is essential.
Experience in the Agricultural industry will be required
Previous experience in raw materials would be ideal
Must be able to work independently

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Prospecting new customers within allocated territories.
Performing Key Account Management.
Responsible for new business acquisition and Customer Relationship Management.
Performing administrative duties.
Implementing effective controls by account.
Providing feedback of market intelligence data and ideas to the Business Manager.
Developing long term strategic partnerships with key customers, thereby enabling sales growth in these areas.
Ensuring that customers adhere to the service level agreement.
Communicating with customers, providing advice and handling customer queries.
Maintaining and achieve profitability and a good pricing structure

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
