Qualifications / Requirements:

Valid drivers license and own vehicle essential
Experience with account management
Excellent attitude and negotiation skills
Positive and confident personality, being polite and articulate
Must enjoy speaking to customers, identifying opportunities and matching products to customers needs
Looking for someone who wants to grow their career
Ability to increase sales and deliver the best service

Key Performance Areas:

Call on existing customers regularly, seeking to understand their needs and go the extra mile to ensure their needs are met
Keep customers excited and satisfied by providing a complete range of DIY and industrial tools and hardware, enhancing relationship by giving the best possible service
Retain and grow existing customer database, through the quality of service, providing an excellent customer journey in a competitive market
Understand customers business and become their trusted supplier subject matter experts
Listen to customers and assist with a business proposition, solving queries and advising of new innovative products and services provided
