POSITION INFO:

Red Ember is currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator/ Account Manager with experience on Sage Premier and Sage 300 People.

Must have previous Payroll Outsourcing experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment.Â

The successful candidates will have experience in the following but not limited to:

Sage Premier Payroll
Sage 300 People systemÂ
Advance Excel VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Sage 300 People Performance ManagementÂ
Payroll Management: Salaries and Benefits
General Ledger
Leave Management / People Leave Module
Job Costing & Budgeting
People Payroll Reconciliation
People Report Customization

Payroll Input:

Add newly appointed employees and terminate employees
Preparing and collecting input data, to assist with Take-on, understands the system, and can work unassisted
Earnings/ deduction input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee etc)
Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ changes
Modify employee fixed information
Process increases/ bonusses
Leave processing
Working with the leave module, equity and skills
Print standard reports on Sage 300 People
Mid=year and Year-end Tax SubmissionsÂ

Payroll and finance-related courses/certificates
