SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg for an Account Manager - Staffing Solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 6 to 8 years TES/Perm Sales experience
  • Key Accounts Management, New Business Development and Operations Management experience within the Petrochemical, Mining, Manufacturing, Warehousing and FMCG sectors
  • Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act
  • Target Driven
  • Sound Financial knowledge
  • Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Valid drivers’ license and own vehicle
  • Good stakeholder relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Deadline driven and willing to work under extreme pressure
  • Second language will be an advantage  

Duties:

  • Driving and leading of strategic initiatives to ensure lateral development of key accounts to ensure optimization of those relationships
  • Route to market strategy
  • Developing of new business opportunities within allocated segment and ensure healthy pipeline
  • Present Fempower’s TES/Perm services to respective clients and market to entrench business opportunities
  • Developing and implementing of customer matrix to ensure above average customer experience and delivery
  • Data management to ensure up to date and accurate customer management system
  • Building and managing of TES/Perm sales and recruiting team that will be responsible for the delivery of services to clients within different segments
  • Stay abreast of all industry changes and challenges to ensure offering of relevant services
  • Providing Fempower leadership with market knowledge to better equip an increase of market share
  • Networking at all levels
  • Extensive report writing to enable informed business decision making
  • Working with Recruitment and Management team to proactively build a database that will allow for quick delivery in line with demand / promises made
  • Play an integral role in new business pitches
  • Responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
  • Focus on growing and developing existing Clients, together with generating new business
  • Write business strategy plans for all current and opportunity tender business
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the relevant divisions
