SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established accounting firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be based at one of their clients’ premises in Wonderboom and must be willing to travel to Midrand once a week. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is confident in handling various accounting functions.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile supplier and customer accounts
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
Assist with monthly financial reporting and related tasks
Liaise with internal teams and external clients
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company procedures

Requirements:

Completed Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
Proficient in supplier/customer account handling and bank reconciliations
Fluent in Afrikaans (both spoken and written)
Must have own reliable transport
Must have Wi-Fi at home for remote work when necessary
Syspro experience is beneficial (training can be provided)
Sage experience will be an advantage
