SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Client on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: BCom in Accounting or currently studying towards it
Experience: Solid experience in accounting and financial reporting
Computer Skills: Caseware/Draftworks, Sage One, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Driver’s License: Required
Own Transport: Advantageous
Language: Afrikaans proficiency preferred
Working Hours: 07:30 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements using Caseware or Draftworks
Process transactions and reconciliations in Sage One
Support management with financial reporting and analysis
Assist with audits, compliance, and statutory submissions
Maintain accurate general ledger and account reconciliations
