Opportunity for an Accountant (6 month contract)

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Prepare and maintain the general ledger
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with audit preparation and liaise with internal and external auditors.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls.

Education and Experience:

B.Com in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Financial Accounting role.
Mining or manufacturing sector experience advantageous.
