This is a chance to play a vital role behind the scenes — supporting project finance, strengthening financial controls, and providing the kind of insight that keeps builds on schedule and budgets under control. You’ll work at the intersection of operations and finance, where timelines are tight, cost accuracy is critical, and your numbers influence what gets built next.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee core accounting processes with precision and accountability
• Manage project finance — tracking costs, analysing variances, and driving financial visibility across sites
• Prepare accurate management reports to support project managers and leadership
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for active and upcoming builds
• Strengthen financial controls, documentation, and day-to-day accounting fundamentals
• Use advanced spreadsheets to streamline cost tracking, automate tasks, and improve financial reporting
• Partner with procurement, operations, and site teams to ensure financial alignment
• Support internal and external audits and uphold strong governance standards

• BCom & completed articles (SAICA preferred)
• Minimum 2 years post-articles experience
• Experience in construction or renewable energy highly beneficial
• Strong skills in project finance, analytics, spreadsheets, and accounting fundamentals
• A practical, solutions-driven mindset — you understand how numbers translate into project realities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, project-focused environment
