Key Responsibilities:

Full financial accounting function, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
Supporting audits and statutory requirements
Financial data analysis to support business decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- BCom Accounting (non-negotiable)
- Strong academic record (Top students only – essential)
Experience:
- 0–2 years’ experience (graduates with strong academics will be considered)
- Exposure to accounting principles and financial reporting
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills advantageous
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
Non-negotiables:
- Consistently strong academic results
- High drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
