POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA) or CIMA fully qualified
Minimum 5+ years post-articles experience
Strong experience in management accounting and financial analysis
Industry exposure to engineering or similar technical environments preferred
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Exposure to or interest in AI-driven finance transformation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the management accounting function
Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting
Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Partner with operational teams to improve financial efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Contribute to the transition towards AI-enabled financial processes
