POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, reporting, and process improvement while contributing to a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, reconciliations, analysis, and supporting finance-related projects. This position offers excellent exposure to operational finance while allowing candidates to further develop their technical accounting capabilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records Perform reconciliations and month-end processes Support financial reporting and analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Analyse financial data and provide insights to management Support finance-related projects and process improvements Ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives Job Experience and Skills Required Education: BCom Accounting or related qualification Experience: 1-4 years' accounting experience Insurance industry experience essential Experience working on SAP essential Project exposure advantageous Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) SAP Financial Reporting Reconciliations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Why Apply?
