POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with a strong technical accounting background who enjoys working across all areas of finance while ensuring accurate reporting, effective controls, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, audit coordination, reconciliations, and supporting the overall finance function. Key Responsibilities Assist with the full finance function Support internal and external audit engagements Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes Maintain accurate financial records and reporting schedules Support budgeting and forecasting activities Requirements Education BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles Experience 2-3 years' post-articles experience Audit exposure is essential Experience within a full finance function environment Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Sage Evolution advantageous Strong financial reporting skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Apply Now!
